Oh lol hi lovely ladies. Lol . You should have known better you heard of Primark, Amazon prime, and eBay, then why put up with a bad experience. Whenever you want too shopping 24 hours on line. I assume you have the internet, broadband, as not everyone has. So you could get a taxi, too your nearest Primark, and still save load's of cash. Lol. As you know it making sense

Fantastic service! I ordered a Gerry Weber coat online & it arrived 2 days later, beautifully packed with very clear returns policy ( should I have needed it). The coat was just what I wanted & I would happily use their online service again but how I wish I lived closer to this shop!!! Many thanks.

I went into this shop with £300 to spend from a birthday gift. From the outside it looked beautiful, inside it was simply awful. The lady who obviously owns the shop did not greet with a smile or hello, quite the opposite a huge scowl on her face. Asked me quite abruptly what I was looking for, I said just having a look to which she retorted I do not have any clothes that would fit you. I am a size 14. Very horrible experience and all this happened a while ago, I have never forgotten it. I am surprised this shop is still open. Maybe she thought as I was dressed in jeans and a t shirt I was not worthy

Feel I must just say something about this beautiful shop. All staff are always welcoming even though sometimes extremely busy; they know their stock, will help you chose the right garment and give that personal touch which many shops lack these days. The service is impeccable. If you have never visited this shop I urge you to go in and just have a browse.

Beautiful shop beautiful clothes if a little pricey, but the staff are superb. I just looked around with a friend and the staff made us so welcome, so chatty and helpful. A must go to shop when in Tenterden.

ER is a great shop to buy something special that fits and flatters. I have to pay a bit more to find clothes that suit me so clothes shopping isnâ??t always a positive and comfortable experience but the girls at ER have always made it so. They are great at recommending styles and arenâ??t pushy at any stage, leaving you to browse but being on hand to help without judgment! Thanks so much!
