Came here for a much needed spa break with my partner and have to say we were thoroughly looked after by India in the treatment rooms she was so accommodating and couldn?t do enough for us.Beautiful setting and perfect hydrotherapy pool. There is also a ladies only area which is lovely too.

Went there for a charity event with afternoon tea. High quality food. It's an attractive place on the edge of the lovely town of Tenterden. They support charities generously with their pricing. (There's no beach and it's not in London.)Food & drinks: Very good food.

We were fortunate enough to come across this little gem as a late booking for our society golf weekend. Course was ideal as we have a varied range of golf capability in our group. Hotel was perfect for us, golf package was very well priced, rooms comfortable and spacious, good bar and food just what we needed. All staff were excellent, especially Sue the reception manager who was friendly and very helpful, Stephanie at the bar also looked after us very well which is not always easy with a rowdy group. We will definitely go back.

We visited the London Beach Hotel for a charity dinner dance. The location is beautiful, the food was good, and the price of everyone's meal was donated by the hotel for the charity we are fundraising for! Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. There was one or two who could have been a bit more cheerful, but perhaps they were under pressure.

Stayed one night on a spa deal. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Spa was nice, very quiet while we were there. Hydro pool is lovely. Sauna was out of order. Dinner was OK, food was a little bland. Quite nice to sit overlooking the golf course. Breakfast in the same place. Bar area lacked atmosphere and was a little odd. All of the staff were friendly. Overall a good stay, the whole hotel is a little dated and could do with a refresh!

Lovely well maintained golf course. The Hotel room was very spacious with king size beds and a nice balcony overloking the course. The food was very good and the staff were excellent, always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This was our first stay here and we were very impressed in all aspects. Great location with wonderful views of the golf course from the bedroom balcony. Our room was on the first floor and very spacious. Our meals there were very enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again.

We stayed here over the bak holiday weekend and were disappointed that the restaurant want open on the sunday evening or at all on the Monday. The food on Saturday night and the breakfast was perfectly nice. The rooms were comfortable if a little tired, but on the whole we would definatey stay here again. the staff were very friendly and helpful

I am not normally one for writing reviews, felt the need to on this occasion. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding next door which was lovely. The hotel we stayed was not unfortunately, on arrival and checking in we were not shown to our like normally would happen when paying in excess of £150 per night for a room. The bathroom had black mould in which we did not expect. The bedroom had two office chairs in it, we looked on the balcony and it had a very picturesque view of the golf course. The bedroom did not even have lined curtains, let alone black out curtains like you would expect to have in a hotel. The most comical part of our experience was breakfast. It was like a scene from Fawlty Towers. We got asked what time we would breakfast and was told that the time we would like would be fine. We arrive at breakfast to No sausages, bacon, mushrooms or baked beans. There was scrambled egg and 2 has browns. We were told more was coming out and it started with only 6 sausages coming out with a full restaurant, well a scene from like feeding time at the zoo ensued and continued as they brought out all the finished items one by one. I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest finding one down the road at probably half the price and better service.
