We go to Costa as its totally wheelchair accessible. Coffee and food is good and the staff are very friendly. Recommended.

One look at the canopy and the filthy outdoor front eith peeling paint would definitely make you turn around. I would suggest pulling the canopy in immediately as making it look even worse

Seriously in need of a do-over - tables are peeling, chairs are greasy, the floor is so dirty and the paint on the walls is flaky, with graffiti and finger marks. There are so many tea rooms and cafés in Tenterden that this one is definitely worth a miss.

Friendly service when we were eventually acknowledged, but there were 4 members of staff who were more engrossed in themselves and their conversation and banter than the fact that they had customers waiting to place an order and spend their money !!!

Girl behind desk loudly talking about they don?t know why we tried to order large instead of medium because they haven?t sold large for 5 years (my first time at costa so I don?t know!) talking to man behind the desk who was on his phone. handed me drink without putting the lid on propperly, so spilt all down my new white jumper. As I was cleaning myself up she asked what did I need, I said nothing thank you the lid wasn?t on propperly, and she turned her back to me and said the most sarcastic ?sorry? I?ve ever heard and nothing else. 0 customer service

Good coffee including Soya, although cakes too expensive and table clearing often slow (why not encourage clients to take provided trays & cups back on exit?).
Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access throughout downstairs (includes the 1 toilet).
