I've had countless LVL treatments done throughout the years, and Charlotte (aka Bertie) is definitely one of the best lash artists I've ever seen and a true artist!Her treatment holds for weeks, and my lashes look stunning every time.When I pop a bit of mascara on, I've had people ask me if I'm wearing false lashes - nope, it's Bertie's LVL!!!
