After four years of being a regular customer, I sadly won't be returning. Writing this review was a difficult decision because I've been a customer for so long, but today's experience has left me completely fed up. I get acrylic gel nails every 3-4 weeks, and after the last four appointments, some nails have started lifting after about seven days. Last weekend, one of my nails lifted and came off, so I booked an appointment to get it replaced since I'm going away next week and wanted them to look nice.
When I arrived, I sat down, and Amy came over. I explained that the nail had lifted and come off after a week. She responded with a simple "Oh, okay," and that was it ? no apology. At the end of the appointment, I was surprised when she charged me for the repair! Then to top it off, after I left, I noticed that the nail was much longer than the others, pointier, and the white tip was painted on thick and crooked.
I had to pay and take time out of my weekend to fix their poor-quality work, only for it to look worse than having no nail at all.
It?s such a shame but I feel that the quality and service have declined a lot over the past year. There are now too many inexperienced staff working there, and it feels like profits are prioritised over customer satisfaction. I have often left with sore nails or cuts around my nail beds where the drills have been used too aggressively.

WONT BE RETURNING
Came back for acrylic in fills and the man cut the sides of my fingers with the electric file ?very sore . Returned the next day as didn?t like how thick and unnatural they were. Looked better after Amy corrected them but a day or so later all fingers infected and really sore ?then skin around nails peeled and a month later cuticles still swollen and prone to bleeding

Brilliant. I had builder gel and top coats, my nails have done almost 4 weeks. They're lovely. Very helpful team and take the time. Thank you.

The service gets the one star, amazing service, was nice to not feel rushed in and out getting my nails done for once! However, within a couple days my nails were chipping, and a week after getting them done they started to pop off? it really is disappointing because this place is local to me but I paid a lot of money for these nails (they?re weren?t even intricate or long) and to have this outcome is quite upsetting.

Terrible experience burnt my nails twice once with the nail remover machine and again with the nail dryer.. the so called nail technician didn't have a clue what she was doing, my nails looked so bad I was so upset.. Will always use my usual salon for an experienced technician. Stear clear from this place

Terrible experience with my SNS manicure. Unfortunately my nail technician had no idea what he was doing. It took two excruciatingly slow hours for my nails to be finished and they looked absolutely terrible.They have chipped after 2 days. Usually my SNS lasts 3 weeks.

This is a really good nail bar , I have a friend that lives in this town and since having my nails done here I travel down every month and stay with my friend as they are the best I've ever had done and I've tried alot in the Midlands
