I had a pleasant experience with a staff member who did my pedicure and the staff who started my manicure on my first and definitely last visit. She left to attend to another customer and the young technician and receptionist who took over was rude and dismissive she refused to wipe up smeared nail polish, saying it should come off after a few hand washes. She told a person who booked an appointment that they can leave because the staff couldn?t guarantee her finishing a pedicure in 2 hours for an important childcare appointment.

The worst experience, do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money. All because she wanted me to pay extra for gel on my feet. Because I had Trainer on. I?ve be been to many spa there kept me under dryer longer with no problems. The dry they offer didn?t work they were speaking in their language. I felt so uncomfortable. I feel so stilly for even returning back.

What a lovely nail shop so friendly and always offer a drink when you come in.i never hat to wait long aswell and easy to book too.They really take there time to make your nail looking good I?m very happy with them it?s the best nail shop in swanley

I?ve had my nails done here a few times and they were fine. However, I went last week and can confirm that I?ll not be coming again. Firstly, my natural nails were filed so much, to the point that I am now scared of how they?ll look once the acrylic is taken off. The removal of cuticles was also painful and caused my finger to bleed. This was not disinfected or cleaned whatsoever, and the equipment/products used on me will be used on others, which I find very unhygienic. When it comes to the actual nail design I was also very disappointed. I wanted french tips and asked for a natural pink base but I was in fact given a bright pink. The white tip lines were very uneven and looked different on every nail. I am unfortunately not satisfied with the service at all, and will not be returning.

First time here today and they were great. The guy I had was very accommodating even though I am very fussy. A huge range of colours, lovely staff all very helpful will definitely be back, thank you x

I followed their advice and had a different type if polish. Overnight the colour on 2 nails had blistered and lifted right off. I went back - they redid the 2 nails. 2 days later, the same 2 nails lifted again. They repainted them and put loads of clear polish on top of all my nails. Within 3 days most of my nails were lifting and chipping. As I was too embarrassed to go in the shop for a 3rd time, I sent a message asking for their opinion - no reply! My nails are in a terrible mess and I am now nervous to go elsewhere.Services: Polish removal
