The food is always fresh, piping hot, and tasty. It?s also as clean tasting as I think you can get for Chinese food (I.e not overly greasy, and fresh produce). I?ve been using this Chinese restaurant for the last 35 years and it?s only got better. (Oh, and I have tried plenty others in and around London and various other countries). Don?t listen to the negative reviews. I don?t know how big a portion people need! The fact the phone is always ringing, and the queues of people picking up orders speaks volumes of the quality and service. Not that you have to wait too long for your order. I wish they delivered, but they have said they don?t, as they wouldn?t be able to keep up with the orders. Which shows they prioritise quality over making that extra revenue. In any case, often food that is delivered is very disappointing, as it often arrives cold.
BTW I only have three stars for atmosphere, as it?s a takeaway. So can?t really rate atmosphere. But they are friendly and polite and very nice people.

Beancurd in satay sauce was tasty and fresh,
Mixed vegetable chow mein was nice, spring rolls were also nice but not the best I?ve had, shrimp fried rice was fresh generously sized,
Salt & chilli chips and wings were just ok. Overall would defo try this local
Takeaway again as most of the food was tasty.

I went to this place as it had many great reviews. It wasn't what I expected, and I truly believe that the area of a restaurant reflects the residents, as in this case, the food was a bit bland for my taste. They don't use chilli oil, which I am fully aware it depends on the area the restaurant represents, e.g. Peking, sichuan etc). However, the takeout food was itself fresh and they do 2 sizes (small & large-with a few quid difference for the sizes). I will give it another go with different foods and see if I have a similar experience again, and edit this review in time.

Appalled with the food,I have lived all over London and had hundreds of Chinese takeaways.This place is disgusting,this is not a representation of a Chinese restaurant,stay away.at all costs.minuscule portions filled with tons of sugar.a very poor representation of Chinese food.not good.stay away.stay away.bad bad food.no good

Rainbow Inn is one of the best Chinese takeaways in the area.Very reasonably priced.Shame they don't do delivery.
