Although they advertise as a Yodel drop off point they refuse to take my parcels every single time I go in. They say that the system is down or that the printer is out of labels and rudely dismiss me. Do not waste your time in coming here, I much prefer the Premier next door, prices are much more affordable there and the staff are brilliant and helpful.

Avoid at all costs - every time you try to drop a yodel parcel off they state the system is down which is a blatant lie they just dont like taking them even though they should as they advertise - have been told this 5 different occasions- previous owners used to take them no problem but these newer owners are rude and unhelpful. Able to drop my yodel parcels to other shops in area straight away so the systems are working fine. Avoid this like the plague will not step foot in here ever again

Terrible Service and Zero Respect for Customers
I went to this shop to pick up a parcel from Yodel, and the service was shockingly bad. The staff member at the till was incredibly rude to every customer, and when it was my turn, he told me to look for my parcel myself in a huge bag left out in a corridor. The area was crowded, and as I bent down, people were bumping into me because the space was so cramped.
After struggling, I finally found my parcel at the very bottom of the bag, but it didn?t end there?the staff member rudely insisted that I put all the parcels I?d moved back into the bag, even though they wouldn?t fit properly. On top of that, this bag of parcels was left in an open corridor where anyone could access it, making it completely unsafe.
Overall, a horrible experience with zero respect for customers or security for parcels. I do NOT recommend this shop. Do not send your parcel to this place!

Today was it! Today I was treated like I was not welcome AGAIN. I went there a bit before 15.00 with my little daughter and I was put in my place straight away because I wanted to post my 3 little Yodel parcels. The shop manager was very annoyed with me and said it was my fault that I was disorganised as I had the shipping labels on my e-mail. He wanted to scan all 3 at the same time. (How do you even do that?) He was so angry,. He was handling some glass behind the counter and kept throwing them around. I felt threatened and my day was ruined. I was so upset that I?m not even sure if I put the labels on the right parcels.
Every time I need to post something it?s not the right time or the printer is not working etc. Come after 10.00 they say. It?s too busy to take the parcels but someone buying a can of soft drink is more important.
Why do you offer Yodel services? The website states 8.00-20.00 service available. I will never go to this shop ever again and take abuse like this. And I won?t be using Yodel either. I just don?t understand. Stop offering the service as you obviously can?t cope with the demand.
