I visited KFC this evening, and to say I think it was colder in the shop than it was outside!
And everyone in the shop at that time had said how cold it was!
No complaints about anything else other than how cold it was waiting for food!

We visited Swanley KFC at 3:30pm on a Saturday and it was reasonably busy however our experience was not a good one.
The floor was not clean, the order screen was offline, the staff were not in any rush to serve the waiting customers and they had clearly not had adequate training in good customer service.
I have an intolerance to artificial sweeteners and I asked if the Robinson draft blackcurrant had sugar in or was sugar free (so therefore contained artificial sweeteners that I can?t have) as it was not clear from the description.
The member of staff did not know and after I explained my situation I was again just met with the response ?I?m sorry I don?t know.?
I then asked to see their allergy information for the restaurant to see what response I got to that and I was met with ?you?ll have to just look online.?
I found this extremely worrying that a high profile fast food outlet couldn?t provide a customer with allergy information for their menu when asked. My issue is only an intolerance, so not life threatening, but if I had a serious allergy this would be a far bigger concern.
I asked to speak to the manager and their response was also ?sorry you have to go online.?
I do not know if this is KFC policy or just extremely poorly trained staff at this outlet, but my advice is don?t rely on this KFC outlet to advise you if you do have an intolerance or allergy when visiting.
The food ordered was acceptable, but I was very unimpressed and felt let down by the service offered.
Dietary restrictions: The staff were terribly trained in how to deal with food intolerances and allergies. It was a serious concern.

Great KFC as you would expect but the customer waiting area is always freezing cold.

I came here for a food and been waiting here literally more than 30mins and there were only 2people in the front desk and taking so long to give the food - you better increase the staff and train them to be fast - 2 People working over there are really really realllly slow - better let them know about this and make sure they become fast

Absolutely disgusting... As an ex employee it is a joke... Not bothering to inform us that we'll be waiting over 10 minutes for our order when there are me 2 customers and 1 Uber eats, leaving half our food just out of the heat whilst having to wait 3 mins for the mash potato to be made and the lady Katherine on the front desk has the worst customer service I have ever seen in all my years coming to this KFC using foul language in front of house is not good representation of the company and the attitude she gave to the Uber drivers was appalling when they have to wait over 20 mins for there order because the tablet is malfunction so when they ask how long her response is how long is a piece of string mate, I don't know I couldn't bloody tell yah dont think ill be coming back here again.

The last at the counter is so miserable. I asked her if I could have drumsticks in my bargain bucket. She ignored me, said something to her colleague. Got home and not one drumstick in my bucket. Poor service

Uber never delivered, driver lied about calling or waiting outside, never got my money back. Use the multitude of other shops that user deliveroo, way better service as they don't use uber.

old workers that are still there since it was closed are trash lazy and incompetent the fries are never seasoned and stale. food is mixed together that should be separated although the new workers are amazing and haven't had a problem yet
