A small but typical Costa Coffee. Friendly staff. Can get ramo quickly because of its size. Costa could do with putting their prices down a tad but nice coffee.

Ordered a mac & cheese to be delivered. They accepted the order then sent a panini with virtually no filling and a not saying no mac & cheese and charged £11 for it. Totally disgusting.

Nice small branch to socialise with friends/family but the coffee is horrendous, anyone from Europe would be shocked at the quality, it's not just this branch in particular but the whole chain, I have no idea why management allow such mediocrity to persist nationwide.
The latte was boiled milk essentially but the cappuccino was burnt completely, retraining the staff for the entire chain is needed however people continue to go so there will be no change in quality.
And 4 pound for a cappuccino in a takeaway cup is a travesty

Coeliac friendly! I ordered a salted caramel frappe for my son and told the staff he was coeliac and they were fantastic! They ran all the ingredients past me, washed their hands before starting, got fresh unused utensils and blender from the dishwasher and made it taking great care to keep it away from everything else. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you all x

Got here just as it opened and there was already a queue. The ladies working behind the counter worked extremely hard to get through the waiting crowd quickly and efficiently. They were bright and welcoming at the same time and the coffee was great.

I was desperate to use the loo, so as ASDA now has no toilets (not even sure if this is allowed?) I decided to use the one in Costa.A standard white coffee came in at £3.50!!! And this in a paper cup!!! Nothing to wash up or break...but £3.50 straight in the till.As a point of interest...I worked on the team that built this square... I'm guessing in 1974? Hard to believe that it's nearly 50 years ago!First time in Swanley in years... hopefully the last time in Costa. But the staff were friendly.
