I've always had a good experience with Well, my prescription has only ever been missed once (GPs fault, not the pharmacy) and when I spoke to the pharmacist there they got me sorted very quickly. They are under staffed and under resourced like the rest of Britain's healthcare system but they do their best with what they have and I have utter respect and admiration for them

Went there Saturday morning to collect my mum's prescription which wasn't ready earlier in the week to find it closed!!! This from a pharmacy that boasts online about its system for reducing waiting times and ensuring they are well stocked. Well neither of these statements are true as I've experienced both long waiting times standing outside in the cold for half an hour and multiple visits to collect items which they said they didn't have in stock but we will next week! Will definitely be changing to another local pharmacy now.

Terrible.Other pharmacy's had run out of supplies, thought id try WELLS Pharmacy..Firstly, the product was priced incorrectly on shelf, which i pointed out. The guy tried to charge normal price - Tough, im paying the shelf price!.Secondly, with a radio being listened to instore, a relevant licence IS specifically required OR accept a Big fine!.With these in mind, REMEMBER, retail is closing rapidly. Change your attitudes or lose your jobs!.

Let's hope your not waiting on something important from this place, as useful as a chocolate teapot. Queued for over an hour to be told to wait, then came back to be told they didn't even have my tablets in stock

Flu jab appointment cancelled 45 minutes before by email, which I didn?t see until I arrived at the pharmacy. No apology from the staff. Terrible customer service all round.

I?ve spent 3 x one hour lunch breaks waiting for the same prescription and had to leave because I have no more time. The queues are ridiculous and all you can hear from other people is how long they have waited. Awful place.

The place is dirty and scruffy, the staff don?t look you in the eye. Tried to collect a prescription today 22/10/22 they are closed due to staff shortages but 2 pharmacists are in there and won?t answer door or phone! They never answer the phone. My mum has NO pills to take! Trying to get through to 111 to get an emergency supply

It is shocking to see how this chemist has gone down hill over the past few months. I usually get a text when my prescription is ready for collection. After a week, I visited to be told they had to order my items, I explained I was going on holiday and needed it before I left, but to no avail. When I returned I visited again, to be told the same thing. As they had one if the items I took that. Is there a shortage of medication? This week, I have visited the pharmacy on 3 occasions to try and collect a prescription, with no luck. My prescription was sent to them 27 September, again no text, and only two tablets left (14 October). Their Web site says they close 7pm. I was turned away from the door during my lunch break and told to come back after 4pm. Due to work I got there 5.20, a note on the door said they were closing at 6pm, but they shut the door to customers at 5.38! I understand they are short staffed.They were so lovely and helpful before. I really hope they can turn it around,for all swanley residents sakes.

Absolutely useless. They get my repeat prescription wrong nearly every month. Don't have a prescription sent there because you will be lucky if they are actually open. The regular Pharmacist is rude and arrogant. Much better off going to Asda!

This pharmacy has done nothing but make mistake after mistake recently. And then been disgusting enough to try and make it out to be the fault of the customer, being confrontational and exceptionally rude. When questioned on their mistake, one member of staff tried to make it out as a race issue, instead of their actual incompetence being at fault. So incredibly dangerous they're going to end up killing someone with the dangerous mistakes they're making. I'm not talking small mistakes, huge medicinal mistakes. I'm looking into the official complaint route because I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't already killed someone off with their severe incompetence.

I am very disappointed. I was told that the medication will be for collection on Tuesday. It was not. Then I was told to come back on the next day. The medication was not there. Only when I enquired I was informed that the medication And the alternative is not in stock. I asked to give me the prescription to try somewhere else.On both days no one called me from the pharmacy to let ne know that medication I am awaiting urgently is not available. I am delayed now and wasn?t given a chance to try someone. The number is not working so also wasn?t able to speak to anyone there. No apologies given as well.

You can only applaud the incompetence. Poster on the window says "flu jab available, appointment not necessary". I walk in, only 2 customers in front of me and 2 staff but still had to wait 20 minutes. My turn and I'm told "on appointment and none before 10 days".Slow clap ? for wasting my time.

I got told no the phone, which took an age to answer, apparently my worries wrong prescription 5mg instead of 10 , was not pharmacist fault. They don't check docs faults ever.. I'm lucky I did But to be told I'll be thrown off the phone because I worry, was disgusting .
