Although food was served fresh, it lacked flavour and cod was a small portion of off-cuts that they gave me. It felt like I was eating more batter than actual fish.

Very Disappointing,
Having been to the restaurant countless times over the years, myself & the Mrs
( even my Dad who lives abroad ) always place an extra order a Side Dish as per menu.
Mrs the sliced Gherkin.
Me fried Onions, both Side Dishes.
Oddly, they dont seem to grasp its seperate from the main meal. Have to keep being reminded too!.
Having the cheek to apologise, making us feel wer'e in the wrong!. Get a grip Blue Harbour. Employ proper staff.
The same tonight ( 4th July).
I pointed out clearly, side dish was put on main meal plate - Why !?. Guess what, they Still bloody well charge for as a Side.
WONT BE RETURNING, Due To Incompetency.
