Food was overpriced, steak overdone for both meals served in our table. Shocking that a beefeater couldn?t cook a steak as it was requested. It was busy so we sat in the bar area - 2 ladies taking orders and serving behind the bar. Blonde was pleasant, the brunette wouldn?t even look at us while taking our order, was pretty impolite and miserable. Restaurant wasn?t clean. Disappointing, will not be returning.

NO staff, coffee machine not working, NO juices only water or milk. Toaster on fast so toast comes out white and undercooked. Service nonexistent. Order wasn't taken so got a refund.
Staff rude and will never eat here again.

Breakfast options are good! Plenty of choices to choose from croissant, pancakes etc. Cooked breakfast is served hot and cooked to perfection. Poached eggs scramble eggs and fried eggs are good! Would come again.

Been using this restaurant for approximately 10 years, as our last resort go to.Tonight exceeded itself in rubbish, Sat in bar area, Table was sticky , couldn?t get it cleaned.Meal took ages to arrive and was cold, ( sirloin steak) kids literally screaming and running about like ferals,while parents ignored them, and the bathroom was disgusting.We left our meal and left the restaurant.Ive chosen steak as recommended dish ,although I wouldn?t recommend any of it.

Absolutely disgusted with what happened today we?ve been coming here for a few weeks now never had any issue the staff in general are amazing however the lady Emma we met today rolled her eyes and said we wasn?t welcome for no reason less the 30% was occupied, I?m assuming it?s because the colour of our skin or the fact she just didn?t like the way we looked disgusting she should be ashamed.

We had a very nice evening after a long drive from Wales. The food was good and the service was very friendly and helpful......we were served by Lou C, who was very attentive and obliging!!
The place was warm, clean and had a nice relaxing atmosphere.
The only slight negative thing for me personally was that I felt my portion of Fish and Chips could have been a bit more generous!!! The fish was a good size but the chips & peas were very sparse!!!
Overall, all of our group of 5 were pleased with the food and we would recommend to go..... especially if you're staying at The Premier Inn as it's so convenient!!!

Is it me? Why do restaurants serve food on cold plates. With my fish which was really good came 11 chips - and yes I counted them !!

The Beefeater Premier Inn Swanley, very disappointed, went to book a local large community group in for Breakfast gave 3 months notice and replied sorry far to busy !! obviously don't care about the locals !! Used many times before with large groups never again !!!!
