If I could give 0 1 would. I placed an order for online delivery. It arrived 5 days before the due date. Called customer services who promised me they would sort out refunds etc and why my delivery was 5 days early and had no response. I am so cross as this was tte first order I placed with Asda in several years. They let me down in Covid but was happy to give benefit of doubt. Never ever will I shop with them again.

Really bad store compared to greenhithe and gravesend . Roof leaks, toilet closes, staff I know have left prices really high

Rats and pigeons crapping over the fruit and vegetables. Brought mushrooms last week which were covered in mould and had to throw them away. Disgusting smell from the toilet area as always.

I moved to Swanley two months ago. When i saw this big supermarket I thought was good. So closer to my new home. But very quick I get disappointed. With bad quality of products, high prices.. dirty. Disorganised. And whith a slow attendance in particular in pharmacy. In evening I can't found vegetables in condition. They gone. You who read this can check by yourself. Something should be done. Now I go to other supermarket even if I need to drive further.

Will randomly shut at 8pm any day of the week with about 15 minutes notice and no updates online. Feel bad for anyone driving there just to arrive and it?s shut. Used to be a great supermarket but gone so downhill recently

Won't be using Asda again. It's called a super store, yet off all the checkout points only one was open, with a massive queue, took me 40 minutes to get to checking out. Massive decline in service since it's takeover, I complained to a uniformed member of staff, who told me nothing to do with her, it's always like it. They want you to order online. Well I will walk, competitors are only just down the road.

I visit this Asda store often as it is my local Asda but I?m becoming increasingly disappointed with the level of service.
There are increasingly more times when shelves are not restocked and today when I visited a whole isle of the frozen section was empty, obviously due to the freezer?s malfunctioning.
There are many times I visit and the baskets are not restocked at the main entrances at both ends of the store meaning you have to go and locate one by the self service tills yourself.
On this visit again I was unable to get one out of five items I went in for.
The main serving grace of the Asda is its size and location so if something is not available you go in for you can usually find an alternative, plus it does have a decent George section.
However, there are better Asdas slightly further afield.

More self checkouts need to be operating. Too many out of order and queues at peak times are a joke.
Get more staff if there?s not enough to supervise the self checkouts. Nowhere near enough staff for the size of the shop.
They also need to get better at recycling baskets to the front of the stores. Should be a basic job and with enough staff it gets done.
Otherwise good local supermarket with decent stock and visit multiple times a week
