I put money in the self checkout and it didn?t register, I told the worker what happened and they said I didn?t put money in there. Then they called their worker to look at the cameras. All for 50p? I just left because how ignorant can you be to not just believe a regular customer that your machinery is not working. I want my money back.

I love this store. It's such a busy place because you will always get a good bargain here. All food is fresh and good and below the price found for the same item in the usual high street stores. Polite, helpful and friendly staff always restocking and cleaning. Highly recommended.

Can who ever is incharge of sections stop forcing vegans , plant based people into buying away from essentials when you tactically remove them , IE your Plant based chicken breasts meatballs , and we have to have your chargrill chicken 50p more , and it was disgusting taste wise, so sweet , yuk. Also, stop having to have us to have anything plant based covered in carbs like breadcrumbs etc
Also , why don't you have decent range of frozen veg again only one type ! Where did your bags of cauliflower, sprouts go.
Bad health = no fresh choice , chemically processed, sugar and refined carbs.
It seems like your more and more catering to those people who don't care about their health , tones of carbs , processed food, whilst removing healthy food.

Best supermarket in Swanley?hardly an endorsement, but it is run very professionally and is generally well regarded. Fruit and veg are sometimes questionable, but generally quite a good store. Staff that run it are extremely competent, they put Asda to shame

The cashier was really horrible in swanley yesterday so rude I've been shopping there since it opened she was so nasty it was till no 2at 18.40.18. A disgrace never known anyone so bad u need to sort it

The shop is very small and the staff do seem very unhelpful I will not be taking my business there anymore
