Do not use this store to have Amazon parcels delivered there.They have a poor phone connection and are often unable to scan bar code and process your order and hand it over.They suggest you keep returning to the store until such time as they are able to process it!Why they expect you to waste time and money driving to and fro in the vain hope you can collect parcels that you have paid for and are actually there is beyond me.Appalling concept of customer service, will not shop there ever again.

Drove round trip of 12 miles to get brunch for myself and wife . Looking forward to a Big Breakwich sub but told on arrival ? No Sausage ? in an abrupt manor by I assume the manager . When asked why I was told ? I didn?t take enough out today ? !! It was just gone 12 in the day just before a busy lunch period so why wasn?t stock available that early in the day . Twice this has happened at that branch now . I asked for a foot long with extra bacon only to be given a 6 inch sub to which I had to ask for another . Got home and the bread was hard and not the same without the right ingredient . Poor stock control , poor management and poor service yet again .

Lovely staff landed with an updated menu that is so expensive no one seems to be purchasing from them, Subway have surely made an error here. Sub of the day also gone. We deferred to Greggs, as did every other customer we saw whilst there.

Helpful staff, and they pay office being open late and at weekends is a lifesaver. Not too expensive considering it's a small local store

For a small store it is very well stocked and I could get most of the items I needed without having to go to Sainsburys further down the road. Shopkeeper was also very helpful/friendly.

I used to love subway but recently they have really let me down there workers are disrespectful and rude I won?t ever be going there again

Not a good experience at all today. I was trying to find the Yodel Collect+ store, I asked the man behind the counter and he rudely shouted at me and told me to go to the other side. I started browsing the store and he came and reiterated to go to the post office side. It turns out I was in the wrong shop, which the lovely post office lady advised me of. Not impressed with the attitude of this member of staff.

8.45am Sunday morning, wanting to get breakfast and the store is closed. The lights are on and people are inside but there?s no notice displayed or information of revised opening times! Disappointing! Tried calling the listed phone number and no one answers.

Always found the staff friendly. For a little store I think they stock quite a lot. Some prices are a bit more expensive but others are really reasonable. You pay a bit more for convenience. During the lockdowns this store has been invaluable. Please don't under estimate the great job the staff have been doing. ?

Cant leave less then one star. Very immature and rude staff. Shut the shop at what ever time the staff feel like it. Get there 10 mins before closing to be told that is shut and i cant go in. I only needed gas. Have now been left with no gas with a 6 year old child as the staff feel like they can shut early. What is the point is stating on the website it closes at 10 if staff shut early.

The guys in this subway know what they're doing. All 5 breads regularly available. Friendly and efficient. And the subway is co-located with Gregg's so you can pick up a vegan sausage roll on your way out if you have regret at only ordering a 6 inch sub.
