Just called in around 330 on a Saturday in need of food! Great welcome, excellent pizza and loved the parmesan/ truffle chips. Prompt service made the visit perfect.

Fantastic and well kept pub. Beautiful sunny garden and outside seating with easy wheelchair access. Very friendly staff, weekly events, drinks and food very reasonable and the food is simply superb!
Would definitely recommend.

A lovely pub and it's a shame to have to write this but unfortunately my review is based on one particular member of staff dan. Visited for the first time with my friend as its her local and the young lad decided it was appropriate to make disgusting comments based on my appearance. I spoke to his boss who had words with time because of this and I thought it was sorted. On returning due to this I came back into the pub to give it a second and o said to the lad who was working again is everything OK are we friends now and he ignored me. Neither customer at the bar said what was that about. I explained the situation and said I thought it was sorted as his boss spoke to him. Dan then said very loudly infront of everyone my boss said nothing and laughed at me. Disgusting attitude by a disgusting little boy that has now made me feel uncomfortable as well as my friend and I will make sure we will or anyone I know not come into this pub.

Popped in for a quick drink to finish off the night. Upon arrival the atmosphere was really pleasant, with a live band playing and quite a few people gathered around singing along.
Decent selection of beers on tap at standard pub prices, and despite the bar area being busy the service was very quick.
I saw some people eating too and the food looked very good, it also appears to be a dog friendly pub too!

The food is at 1 star because I didn't have any so do not take that any other way than what I've said.
The Bar staff were friendly and efficient in clearing tables. It was a flying visit but was a memorable one and will certainly be back there in the near future.
