This pharmacy has got worse since it has moved next to the doctors surgery. For 2 months in a row now I have put my repeat prescription in at the doctors surgery over a week before it is due , gone into the chemist to be told that they only received it the day before or that same day . Then to be told with a bad attitude that it will take up to an hour to be made up and that they don?t have all of the medication I need and this month and it was going to take up to at least another 4 days to get it in . Just utterly ridiculous !!

Really helpful staff. Difficult times for Pharmacies with NHS passing more and more services onto them but this place is usually well staffed and service is good.

Update!! - its got worse! Sadly google wont let me remove the 1 star. Might as well not have a phone line! And apparently this store got an award for best store last year.... The bar cant be very high!

Utterly useless, can be stood in a near empty shop, no one answers the phone and it still takes 10 minutes to get to pay for anything!!

They say a prescription can take between 3-5 days. I've been waiting for 8 days now and it's still not ready. My doctor has told me not to miss taking my prescription, but thanks to this pharmacy, I've now run out since yesterday. I have been phoning all day for 2 days and no answer. Tomorrow will be the 3rd day that I have nothing to take. Thank you Day Lewis for complete incompetence

We booked a chicken pox vaccine for my son online and turned up only to be told they don?t have anymore in stock - we have paid for the vaccine and can?t get hold of anyone to rebook the appointment and I have little faith in online booking at this pharmacy now!

Have been phoning all day to try to cancel a flu jab appointment. It rings for a while and then you hear a message that tells you that the pharmacy is busy and to try later. I find it hard to believe that they are busy from 8.30am onwards. So very frustrating!

Staff were helpful when I had to run at 5.59 to get a prescription in. The opening hours are not work friendly at all and they seem to take ages to get medication ready 7days seems the norm

Pharmacy with free easy parking.
If you turn up wrong time you may have to wait a bit as they can be very busy at certain times , but that has never been problem for me .
I come to this pharmacy twice every month and the staff has been always polite to me . There was an issue with some of the meds but I understand this isn?t their fault.
I am happy with their customer service .

Booked a chickenpox vaccination for our son. When we got there, we found out that they had cancelled without notifying us. We had made rearrangements for his nursery and work for the appointment. It has now created an issue for us to arrange a new time based on the other events we have on. Very disorganised pharmacy.

Criminally understaffed. I feel awful for those that do work there. Waited over an hour for a prescription, only to be told it wasn't in stock. Went back a few days later and it took another 40 mins. Shockingly poor. Day Lewis, get more staff, you're a total shambles.
