Came down here twice and before I came down I called and asked if it was busy the first time I came down I was told 1 person was waiting considering this place is a 5 min walk from mine there was 8 people sat waiting and all the chairs were filled. The second time I called again and was told only 3 people were waiting so I walk down again there is 7 people waiting! These people can?t count!!!!

Tried to book, they said they didn?t take bookings even though they did last time but didn?t honour it. Walked in, and asked how long it would be as it was very busy. The man was very incredibly rude and said ?I don?t know, if you don?t want to wait, don?t have them done? with a right attitude. Can get my nails done anywhere, don?t accept rudeness, will not be going back.

Staff do not clean any equipment after using them on one customer to the next. Dirty files and clippers are used, nail files covered in nail dust, drills covered in people's nail dust. Absolutely disgusting. I witnessed a staff member filing and cutting dead skin off a customers feet, then moved to another customer and handled her nails, no washing their hands or putting clean gloves on. Gross.

Worse service I went to get my nails done 3 weeks ago they were very rude and very rough with doing your nails they have stuck the glue to my actual skin so I can not remove the nails my fingers are swollen due to the glue and I rang them to see if they take them off they laughed as I said I wasn?t going to pay for them to take them off when they have glue them to my actual skin around my fingers

End result was nice but unfortunately they were extremely rough and made my finger bleed with a file that was not sanitsed after. I felt they were quite rude. Once they finished doing my toe nails they moved straight on to the next client without washing their hands.Nails are nice but customer service isn't the best and hygiene is very poor.Real shame.

Awful service i always book and then wait a hour or more as they just take walkins if having a pedicure ask for the lady the men do not do it properly its so busy they just rush everything .Service: Pedicure

I have been 3 times to have my nails done and every time had the same experience so therefore feel it needs a review. Busy, extremely rushed, and unsanitary. I don?t think any of the tools or files have ever been cleaned, it?s literally a conveyer belt system so no chance to clean anything in between, the top coat cures bumpy due to no care being taken (there?s dust in the top coat), nails are often different lengths and shapes, get cut almost every time, the day after my nails absolutely throb. You can wait for hours if you?re a walk in, you can book but it doesn?t make any difference really they don?t take no notice of that. There just seems to be no attention to detail, it doesn?t feel like a luxury which getting your nails done should. It was convenient to go here instead of into Maidstone but I won?t be revisiting.
