Came down here twice and before I came down I called and asked if it was busy the first time I came down I was told 1 person was waiting considering this place is a 5 min walk from mine there was 8 people sat waiting and all the chairs were filled. Tried to book, they said they didn’t take bookings even though they did last time but didn’t honour it. Walked in, and asked how long it would be as it was very busy. Staff do not clean any equipment after using them on one customer to the next. Dirty files and clippers are used, nail files covered in nail dust, drills covered in people's nail dust.
