Actually a decent Wickes store. Better than Chatham. Friendly staff, very helpful, clean and tidy store. My collection is always ready, where as at the Chatham store I've had to go get it myself!

Quite busy. But they were quick to open extra tills so not a long wait. The staff were pleasant enough. Car park is more than large enough. Lovely snack van on site. Well worth a visit. Even a Gregg's across the road.

A good size Wickes store good selection and variety of product ? there is plenty of parking for up to 90 minutes ? I think it?s great that Wickes offer 10% off for trade ?their trade card offer is definitely good and makes it worth popping in for some bits that you need quickly and seven days a week staff are friendly but I?ve never needed to ask them for help, so I don?t know how help they are ?

It's an ok store, plenty of product, ranges of flooring, tools, etc. Staff at this store look little put out to serve you sometimes, it's all a bit of an effort. They'll mix you paint colours as long as they can work out how to use the mixing machine. Maybe Wickes should look at their training methods, and allow more focus on the whole customer experience.
