I had the pleasure of Loveth?s assistance, earlier today for a telephone appointment/consultation. I have. Been trying unsuccessfully for a few days to access a GP appointment for treatment of a Kidney infection.
Loveth was reassuringly thorough, polite and professional during our consultation. She prescribed me antibiotics (ready in under 30 minutes) and gave sound advice. I recommend her specifically as well as the pharmacy?s care, unreservedly.

Get told my prescription will be 15-20mins, 1 hour later and still haven?t got it. When I asked they completely forgot even tho they took my name and payment when I first come in. Worst pharmacy I?ve been too.

Staff only turned up 2 minutes before opening, then left us outside till 10 past, were incredibly slow to serve anyone and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Think we will be changing pharmacies

Pharmacy is dirty and has a neglected feel. Shelves are empty and disorganised and illustrate a distinct lack of pride.
Main counter is dirty with thick dust, which doesn?t fill you with confidence.
All this is before you meet the surly pharmacy assistant who seems to spend her time telling many people that prescription items aren?t ready yet. Ok, mine was electronically sent from the Dr?s 20m across the road but even that seems to be an impossible task to get 1 item ready. Not sure what?s happening behind the scenes, but the amount of prescriptions not dispensed promptly is far too high.

Absolutely disgusting service. The store needs closing down. My mother has been waiting since 8th March for an item on prescription. We have had to purchase this and one other item ourselves at a cost of £39 because she had run out. My mum is 80 and bed bound after a stroke. They never answer the phone and I had to queue for 1 hour 20 minutes to get told the prescription they had fir over 2 weeks wasn't ready ???????

The service is always very slow and staff are not customer friendly.Fortunately I rarely have to use them and receive excellent service at the Memorial pharmacy. How about a peer review?

My local pharmacy & The one that is closest to my address.
Gone massively downhill lately. Obviously understaffed and the shelves are not being stocked correctly by the looks of it.
It's a real shame to see this pharmacy going downhill, and I am considering switching.
New Management might be the way forward, and desperately needs new employees.
