Staff are lovely Barbie , Chantelle Charlotte , Joan ,Emma , Katie , Shaun and all the cleaners everyone is lovely they re so kindand helpful they have made my stay here easier I definitely recommend this hotel for their hospitality, it was nice I wa be to bring my little pooch Pixie while we re going through this hard time .Kind Regards Serena and family xx

The hotel is directly opposite the train station, and I've been there for 3 months. Amazing staff and an ideal place for accommodation in sittingbourne. They should endeavour to add a hot breakfast to their package. Barbie and Kim are my favourite staff.

We stayed on new years eve 23 and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There were spare pillows in a bag if we wanted to use them. The bathroom was spotless and had a shower over the bath with a large shower head. There was tea and coffee and the kettle was clean. Our only gripes was that the roo.was so cold...really cold and we couldn't find a thermostat anywhere and the duvet was so paper thin . I'm certainly glad I wasn't on my own or I would have probably have needed defrosting. I asked the lady on the front desk when we checked in if she had a fan that I could use and within 10 minutes she arrived with a fan for me. When we checked out and were waiting to have our parking ticket validated there was a sign on the desk saying to call anumber to check out ...we stood there along with another 2 families waiting, my partner getting impatient called out hello a couple of times and a very rude employee appeared from the little room behind the check in desk and barked yes at us and we explained and she just kept pointing to the sign and saying that she couldn't help as she had just that moment started training ...but we had been stood there a good 10 minutes. So she ruined our what should have been very easy check out. I certainly don't rher for a public facing role at all. So in brief the room was great apart from the cold and the staff helpful apart from the one who appeared out of reception office. We would stay again if we needed to stay in sittingbourne but i would ask reception about how to get some warmth in the road.Rooms: Very clean the bed was also very clean and very comfortable

The reception staff went above and beyond. I was taken unwell during my stay. The staff summoned an ambulance and allowed us to check out a little late. The room was clean and the wet room was good.

Friendly staff. Car park is a pain as you need to use the multistorey car park 3 mins away.

My 20 year old son and mates booked a room as one of them went back to the room earlier then they did and went to sleep. When they returned to hotel spoke at reception said booked room said name and their room number and friend is asleep not answering phone. To which staff said no friend no empty.This was around 3am in yhe morning staff no help leaving them nowhere to stay the night.. A phone call to us and we had to go pick the 2 of them.Not happy with this as if too far away we could not have gone and got them and what if they was girls would they have left them with nowhere to stayIf you was happy to take a booking for 3 lads and their money you should let them inWhat happens if you lose the key card? Tough no room for the night or to get your stuffWill not be using travel lodge again

Room was spacious for 2, very clean. Bed layed to my standard, bathroom well clean except water stains, no bathroom mat so fell a bit wired, good views, great staff and service, next to train station, good multi storey car park (give ticket to hotel for discount) or train station car park which I used (£15 for 3 days). Shops are near, plenty of restaurants. Breakfast to take away is not what I expected, I prefer sit and eat. Good over all for a short stay

Absolutely DREADFUL! Shower gel didn?t work. Tv broke down on first night and wasn?t fixed despite being told it would be. Wifi wasn?t working. I?ve basically stayed in better Youth Hostels!Rooms: Broker shower gel. No wifi. Broken tv. Room CRAMED with extra beds that weren?t requested.

No one at reception when we first arrived but called a number and staff member came straight away. I use a wheelchair and was talked through the fire evacuation process. Rooms are good for the small price you pay. Water in the wet room didn't drain away very well. Good shower pressure and clean wetroom. Extra pillows were open but could get new ones when asking for them. Great location, lots of restaurant choices and entertainment options. Would stay here again.
