From choosing the stair carpet to the delivery the service was painless and professional and Mark who did the fitting was punctual, very pleasant, and also very professional.I would definitely use Tapi again for flooring and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed that I wasn't contacted about delay in my order. Wasn't going to use Tapi again after a near fitting disaster on previous flooring order.Given them another chance and keeping fingers crossed that order and delivery isn't to much longer!!

Went in with the intention of buying , one women was hiding out the back and kept poking her head around to see if we had left and never came to help . So we had to seek out help our selfs and when we found a girl at the desk she acted as if we where an inconvenience to her phone time . She didn?t offer any information and we had to ask if it was in stock , if they could cut it in store etc . Had no interest in actually taking businesses and we took our business some where else . Rude , undertrained , unproductive and self absorbed staff . It?s a shame as we really liked some off there items .
