I come in most days and Raj and Taz and so kind, their service is excellent. Always ask how I am, know my order but check it's still want i want instead of assuming. I won't go anywhere else for my coffee as its made perfectly for me. Thank you guys ??

The Asian men were fouced on the dogs which was being feed a drink right past the counter side plus they didn't not pay attention to customers waiting and didn't not listen to what was said about being extra hot on the drink was crap

CHARGED £4.80 FOR A DRINK I CHOKED ON. This is a problem and I am not happy about it, if the prices are not fixed by August 1st there will be a problem. Mark. My. Words. Also; the prices weren't even on the featured drinks causing more trouble for the employee -who was quite kind- and for me. I am extremely sad and this has taken a dark toll on my mental health.

Absolutely awful first and last time asked for to teas to be charged iver £6 then told no mugs had to wait for two to be washed finally got teas that was so weak you could see to the bottom of cups asked for anothwr tea bag but no difference so £6 down the drain as couldnt drink the wouldnt say tea think more nats pee

We used to go here about 1 or 2 times a week but hadn't been there for ages but decided to visit there today and we ordered a cappuccino and a fruit tea .my husband went to the counter to pick it up and bring back to our table and thay just gave him his coffee and a breakfast tea when he asked why. thay just said we have no fruit tea and just expected us to except it but I don't drink breakfast tea and thay were quite shocked I didn't want it so we got our money back and left . I've had a full meal made faster than I takes to get a latte from this Starbucks. 20 minutes when it isn't busy is just shocking. There is a Costa in the forum. Do yourself a favour.

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever visited.Dark, dirty, ugly, seats look disgusting.Staff are nice, coffee is good, but will never be back to that atmosphere.

The staff need more training n more communication skills too waited for a coffee over 10 minutes they were making others people drink when they know who their where like friends 1st not customers.

A good Starbucks, selection of drinks on par with any other in the chain. High street location with good seating. Overall good service, atmosphere somewhat lacking. Not my preferred Starbucks!Wheelchair accessibility: Good
