As ever, first class service at Sittingbourne Specsavers. I have been a customer for many years and always treated with respect, courtesy and a calm and friendly manner by all the team.
My visit more recently was a post check on cataract surgery and I felt totally reassured and confident after my examination.
I know I can always pop in with any queries.
The staff work as a team and there is always a good atmosphere of camaraderie.

Went there today,
The lady who did the test was very good but after the test was finished she said sit down and someone will call you to order the lenses. So after waiting for nearly 2hrs someone grabbed my folder and called my name then she went towards another lady and asked her if she was ms Spenceley I walked to her and said I?m ms Spenceley then she said oh your next! What do you mean I?m next? you just called my name!! then she said she called me by mistake but still holding my folder just cz she wanted to do the other lady first. That?s not how you treat customers i paid £175 just to change the lens?s to my own glasses and she had the nerve to say cz you?re bringing your own frame we can?t guarantee any scratches hmm I got the frame from your shop last year I don?t see how you can?t guarantee the scratches. Very rude all the people in front! The people that do the test they?re nice but they do rush you so won?t be using them again ever!

I received excellent service at Sittingbourne branch, and very happy with the glasses . I can now see VDU at work ! I'm sure my colleagues and passengers are also very happy about that!

Two months before my appointment I went into the store and talked to an assistant to book an audio test followed by an eye exam. After going through various date I was offered both on a Friday, which I input into my diary.
When I turned up on the Friday I was told that the audio test was on Saturday and the eye test on Friday.
No explanation was offered, just a sorry.

Seen as had issues with some floaters glad I was encouraged to come.in as I had a torn retina and bleed. Fast tracked to Maidstone and seen within 5 hours thanks to the effectiveness of specsavers sittingbourne. Update July 2025 again spot on service this time finding cataracts (hospital didn't even look). Whilst my issues have been difficult Specsavers genuinely do an amazing job at looking after your eye health ......?????+
