Very helpful and efficient

They had our piece of furniture for 2 weeks before they managed to deliver. Had to phone 3 times to get the first time, they didn?t show up and later gave a lame excuse ?problems with van? and no call to explain. Did me a ?favour? by eventually getting to me after the 2 weeks.Now I?ve got to wait until their router can be bothered to arrange to collect the original and deliver its replacement. Sittingbourne don?t do or are unable to manage their own schedules so goodness knows when they?re going to turn up, already had the replacement for 4 days

Good efficient delivery but their workers didn't wear masks when entering our property and seemed completely unapologetic about it when asked why. They must address this

The whole process was excellent - from the time they sent me an email to tell me that they have my Hypnos Bed and Mattress, to the flawless delivery and clearing up...those two guys who came were extremely helpful and very efficient. Professional company - they call when they say they will and come on time. What a refreshing company to deal with!

Avoid at any cost very aggressive and rude the manager called me shouting at me threatening m and slow company keep lying about delivery they lied about the car had a puncture tyre and needed to be replace I was supposed to get my delivery between 12:00 -5pm waited hrs and got delivered at 8pm the excuse was that they had a puncture tyre and needed replacement with the van arrived I checked all the tires and there was no new tyres on all tyres were old.

Excellent service from the 2 man team delivering a 3 seat sofa. Very careful inside the house. Friendly and cheerful plus they took away all the packaging. I would certainly recommend this company and would happily use them again.
