Staff here are great.My only gripe is that Screwfix refuse to provide me with a trade account although I am a fully insured registered partnership.They want to see plumbing qualifications ect but being an old school plumber and decorator, this was never a requirement and has never stopped other companies supplying trade discount.I don't see how this should effect any registered decent companies.Seriously thinking of taking business elsewhere.

Went into the sittingbourne branch today and the service was disgusting in actual fact there was none. Staff are so rude and have zero customer service!!! Stay away??Amazing service received after at Toolstation tho!

The store manager Katrina and her staff at sittingbourne screwfix went out of there way to help my wife and I get the right purchase for us. I couldn?t recommend this store anymore. Friendly, efficient staff in a clean and well stocked store.

As usual, Screwfix staff do their very best to help you out. Easy to find and park (apart from the s*dding speed bumps that nearly take out my turbo intercooler). Short on catalogues this visit, but not an issue.
