Always I get my extension from queen nails but this time I don?t know after adding this The whole day I am facing extreme level of pain inside my nail and may be with new staff or what but When i ask to do some polishing they starts laughing internally on same topic, I couldn?t understand their language but can known because was about the same words which I asked to do-which was awkward moment for me.
Previous times I was extremely satisfied with the service and staff but today?s experience was worst

I just did my nails with queen and was very unsatisfied. I booked an appointment for 12pm and when I got there, I was not seen almost 1pm. I then asked what's the essence of an appointment then?
Nails was badly done. The nails were too big for my natural nails. When I complained the lady was only interested in the money and was not even listening. Very bad service.
Instead of you to improve on your service and respond appropriately to customer, you are here justifying your poor service. I'm sure you can do better.

went in to get my nails done today, the service was AWFUL, the young man kept on smudging my nail varnish then looking at me if I did something wrong, he kept on pushing my fingers in the dryer pulling them while painting, horrible experience, I then didn?t have any cash didn?t realise it was cash only when I rang up and booked no one told me, I was very happy to leave my bag there and get the cash out as I?m walking back from the bank there?s a man stood outside the shop waiting for me, this was not a nice experience at all, do not go!!!

I had been twice previously and had a pretty good experience.On my 3rd visit someone different did them hence the 2 stars not the best.Got touchy with me about she asked if they was ok, but that was on the hand that was OK.I still have bits missing on the white tips and had to point out the missing parts that I could see.Kinda puts me off going back

This is the worst manicure in my life ?????. By all parameters!!! Unsanitary, sloppy, they injured the finger and did not treat it with an antiseptic, the card is not accepted, the smell is poisonous in the room ...

I had an appointment for 1pm but I got there around 12.20 and they saw me straight away. Had a simple builder's gel done and she was incredibly quick! I'm very happy with the result, will definitely be going again.
