Great location for road network, this inevitably means some room noise. Glazing works well to eliminate this and a fan is supplied. The Pub / restaurant is located opposite so no noise / heat / odours intrude into the two hotel blocks. Parking is ample. In addition to the Brewers Fare there is a Mc Donald's and a petrol station.Big shout out to Zoe and Alison on reception. They both went above and beyond to accommodate us and give advice. Staff like these make a business and they deserve recognition for this.Defonayely would stay here again if in the area.Rooms: High end budget, ultra clean, no USB sockets but ample plug sockets. Shower over bath.Food & drinks: Adjacent Brewers Fare and Mc Donalds

Not really understanding the negative reviews to be honest- my room was high quality at a fair price, breakfast was good, the staff (particularly Alison) were very chatty and friendly. Would return if I was in the area.

Outdated and needs urgent attention. Bed settee been removed tv not in line with the bed, heater dirty and rusty. No usb points or phone charging point. Towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast provided by Brewers Faye was awful dirty plates and cups cutlery and glasses. Food looked bad, went for some toast bread dry and toaster not working properly and when we informed the receptionist in the hotel that we would like to cancel tomorrow?s breakfast they never even asked why.

The room I stayed at was dirty, rust on radiators and room stunk of weed.My sink wouldn?t work and shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds. I had people banging on doors all night waking me up every 2 hours. Spoke to the hotel manager (we weren?t sure if he was the manager) and he shrugged it off and didn?t say too much. Hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Stayed for 2 nights and the second day they didn?t come make the beds, change the towels or replenish the tea, coffee or milk. This is just basic hotel necessities.Rooms: Basic rooms that weren?t the cleanest, rust everywhere and marks all over the walls. Peeling paint in the bathroom and didn?t look like it had been vacuumed in a while

Required assistance with booking and staff (Kate & Phil) could not have been better. Nothing too much trouble and very welcoming.Hotel, staff and location recommended.

I?ve often stayed with Premier Inn and usually found them to be of a good standard. Unfortunately this one let them down. There was a queue for reception when we arrived. There was one member of staff who was dealing with a walk-in and everyone else had pre booked and had to wait. We?d had a long drive and had to wait half an hour and once we were at the counter it took about 3 minutes. There were two buildings and we were given a room in the further one which felt cold and empty. The room was clean and basic but we had only been left one set of towels. There was a button to press to contact reception. However despite repeated attempts, no one answered it.The free Wifi didn?t work from the get go. There was no signal, no 3 4 or 5G at all and no phone signal in the building either. We called in at reception on the way to dinner in the restaurant, and were advised that there was nothing they could do, there was just a very weak signal. The receptionist was very sweet and after suggesting we purchase the Ultimate WiFi for an additional sum, offered us a free upgrade for this. That did take the wind out of our sails, but when I tried it that didn?t work either! It was a good job I hadn?t paid extra because I would have been furious. The room was cold and there was no info on how to use the heating which came on when I pressed random buttons but soon went off again. We had a good dinner with the family in the attached restaurant and called into reception on the way back for an update on the towels. The receptionist said she had not taken them to the room, as she didn?t have our permission, but when we got there the TV was on which was curious as we had definitely not put it on.I had prebooked breakfast in the restaurant so in the morning we went there just before 9am. We were welcomed and advised to select a table then help ourselves from the ?hot? buffet. The bacon was cold, the sausages were burnt, the black pudding was soggy, the eggs were greasy and hard, mushrooms had spilled into the beans. The milk had run out in the coffee machine - even though at that point there was no one else in the restaurant when we had arrived. It was a complete disappointment. We have family nearby there, and the restaurant has an indoor play area for the grandchildren. So we will possibly return to the restaurant, but certainly not to the hotel.Just to add to add insult to injury on 20/1/24 I received a Parking Charge Notice for parking in the hotel car park! I entered my registration number on the form where requested but this information wasn?t transferred to the parking company ! Probably because of the absolute rubbish WiFi they have.

Rooms are basic and very minimal. However the PremierInn adverts with the people working and preparing for meetings is false for this location. There is no proper WiFi connection and the area is a dead zone for phone signal. We had to move to the travelodge as we needed some sort of connection for work.

I am a fan of Premier Inn in general. For very reasonable rates you get exactly what you need - a very comfy bed and some general amenities (unlike some other budget chains). But Sittingbourne go a step further. I saw an old chap who was living at the hotel while his home was being done up and the way the staff looked after him as though he was family was genuinely touching. When we checked out, the lovely receptionist gave my toddler a treat which made the long drive home to Derby so much easier. It makes such a difference. I don't need fancy furniture or free spa shampoo. I need a comfy bed and staff like those at Sittingbourne. Thank you for my home away from home.

Perfect location for the event I was attending. Easy check in and room was clean. Nice comfy bed too.

Hotel is a bit tired and dated. No air con (as stated on website) means the rooms can get quite stuffy. Hotel is near train line so it can get rather noisy when the trains are running. All food is served at the Brewers Fayre opposite with there also being couple of vending machines on site. Accessable room had very low bed which can be an issue for less mobile people. Location is close by to the Garden of England Crematorium (3 minutes drive) which was helpful for our visit.

Decent rooms but dependent on the next door Brewers Fayre, which was shut. This left a choice of McDonald's or Co-op. Pretty poor.

Nothing fancy in the room, but all we wanted was a comfy bed, a bath/shower and a quiet nights sleep. We got all of those at a good rate and not off the beaten track so very convenient.
