I went to ask for help with my smart watch phonenumber,
That was today around 3:30 afternoon,
Was only me as customer over there.
Was 3 of the staff there just chatting and laughing,
I started my Conversation with the lady behind the desk, asking about some help but she was very rude to me and said she can't help I have to call 202.
So I have asked if they can help here the answer was no but on a very bad way.
One of the other staff just jumped on the conversation as he is about to start a fight with me and said we can't help you .
I told hem all I said is I am on O2 store so I should be able to get help .
I wasn't Aggressive or anything I was just asking about help on a very polite way.
