After visiting the branch today as a new NatWest customer I was very impressed with all the staff I came into contact with, I was looking to open a new current account for myself and get some information for my son to open his first bank account, I spoke to Stef who was so helpful and very knowledgeable and informative, nothing was to much trouble and the information that I was given answered all my questions, I?m not one to give feed back but felt I had to go out of my way today to praise the Sittingbourne team and in particular Stef who is a credit to your branch, thank you so much

The staff are very nice and helpful, but I can?t understand why they are now closed on a Saturday, do they not understand people work all week and can?t get to the bank on a week day . I?m not booking a day off just to go to the bank. A nationwide across the road has been open through this pandemic and they are a smaller bank.Really not a happy customer and don?t want the excuse ?you can do it online? what if you have cash to pay in or out !!!!!!!!!!!

Have a business account with nat west cannot talk to anyone no advisers got through to nat west call centre happy to send e mail to close account told most banks are the same
