I came in to your store today with my children and I witnessed one of your managers call del being horrible shouting at someone who works for you it was horrifying what I see and hard my children put the hands over there ears they really didn't like it.
For one that was very unprofessional what I witnessed and the way he degraded that young boy my heart went out to him no one deserved to have someone do that to them and to do it on the shop floor I hope he is OK.

Hash browns & sausages were over cooked & just only warm. Everything else was ok ish. Won?t be back.

Sorry Mo's but your once amazing standards are slipping fast.
Sittingbourne branch is a shadow of its former self.
Toilets poorly maintained.
Cafeteria runs out of product and coffee machines frequently inoperative or limited range.
Salad bar often closed.
Some shelves are frequently short of stock.
There is a sort of jumble sale meets middle of Lidl affair at the entrance
This was once a proudly run family business but, alas, no more.

Not the best in terms of choice for such a large supermarket. The staff are also sometimes quite downbeat.
