Ordered a custom full English once and it was okay food, something quick to eat. I ordered the same a few days later and they cancelled my order! The times are listed as open on just eat so no idea why they would just cancel it . If your a cafe then surely you can accommodate cooking and shipping just eat food. Thought I would try again today and the exact same thing has happened. What?s the point of being a cafe but your constantly declining food. I get that you can be busy but this is the second time it?s happened. You might as well take yourself off just eat if you can?t accommodate for your customers needs.

Had to stand 20 minutes for coffee because only on machine working. Surfaces are dirty and covered in dust, floor is sticky. Man with long hair not wearing hairnet and playing with it whilst cooking. Definately not compliant to food safety standards. Haccp plan and prerequisites need urgent review.

Breakfast was the worst breakfast I have eaten in a Morrisons which are normally brilliant , bacon stone cold , beans just warm sausage just warm , mushrooms dried up and cold , egg was the only nice thing on the plate , will avoid in future.

Walked in to see staff sitting on the food prep surface and then told only doing breakfats at 12.30. Not an issue, went to order and then got told no black pudding. Can live with that just. Food arrived and told no tomato sauce and then the baked beans were stone cold.

They always do lovely food and drinks good seating never have to wait in a queue or long for the food either
Parking: On site parking and always plenty of it as it's a big parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Kids always welcome
They have kid sized trolleys
Kids eat free in the restaurant if a adult buys more than a £5 meal + drink
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly everything on the ground floor

Me, my partner and our 2 kids were today in 3:14pm to have a late lunch. We was told from one of the ladies that they are close. Then my partnes ask them don't they close at 4? Akother lady said 3:30pm. And we asked for chicken burgers for 4 of us. One of tne ladies said that they can offer only breakfast, and then all of the staff in the kithen gone(dissappear)... After 10 min stay on the bar and noone coming.. absolutely ignoring us, we deside to go find another place to eat.. We arr absolutely disappointed and don't want to go there again. ?

Breakfast awful cold coffee bitter manager rude items of breakfast missing. When mentioned we were missing items no apologies 15 minutes later mushroom was brought over. Never again

Visited this week as i was getting some shopping and decided to have lunch with my granddaughter. Asked for baked potato firstly, no baked potatoes, then asked for spicy chicken burger not available either. Finally ordered fishfinger roll with chips and a kids chicken nuggets. Food that came was good but why have a full menu out when so many item?s aren?t available. Lot?s of tables with empty plates and rubbish on them but there only appeared to be 2 members of staff on duty. It honestly seems as if nobody cares about the standards in this cafe anymore. Food not available (it?s a supermarket), staff thin on the ground and dirty crockery on tables. And there is always one of the drinks machines not working.

Food arrived but no clean knifes and forks.. took 10 minutes for them to arrive and came out with food on them... Manager couldn't care beyond agreeing a refund...

I?ve finally had enough of this cafe they?ve never hardly got any of their items on their menu. Asked for the roast chicken today and needed up with chicken and chips with coleslaw witch I?m allergic to mayonnaise. The chicken was as dry as dry could be. Getting fed up with this restaurant. Don?t bother coming here if you want a healthy meal

We are there weekly and the food has gone downhill and it really isn't worth the visit, they very rarely have the food in that's on the menu and if they have it's over burn't dry and very small,no taste and they shouldn't even call themselves a cafe. Over priced rubbish.

Terrible food. Ordered breakfast brunch. Chips had been cooked in old oil (covered in burnt bits) mushroom was dryer than the Sahara. Luke warm food. Not once did anyone come and check despite not touching the food. Awful service.
