Keeps cancelling orders without any explanation. Appalling

Ordered a custom full English once and it was okay food, something quick to eat. I ordered the same a few days later and they cancelled my order! The times are listed as open on just eat so no idea why they would just cancel it . If your a cafe then surely you can accommodate cooking and shipping just eat food. Thought... read full comment

Had to stand 20 minutes for coffee because only on machine working. Surfaces are dirty and covered in dust, floor is sticky. Man with long hair not wearing hairnet and playing with it whilst cooking. Definately not compliant to food safety standards. Haccp plan and prerequisites need urgent review.
