If I could score this pharmacy 0 I would. Albeit the staff are nice they practice cannot cope with its demand. Outside of a letter in a bag with dosset boxs a few months in advance no call to check that this has been understood/seen. End result and 84 year old left with no meds for cancer and diabetes along with other ailments. No working alongside the doctors to make sure their vunerable patients and families are aware of this. Duty of care via a letter really is nowhere near enough for those that are vunerable.

Staff do their best, but it is too small for the scale of customer demand. Difficult to park and then often queues outside, leading to long wait times. Due to the small size, not much privacy either when providing personal information.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy! Waited an hour today to be told that they didn't have the prescription. The lady on the till took your name and date of birth several times and wrote it on a scrap of paper, only to ask the same details again 20 mins later. Total utter chaos, no system in place! When I questioned why they couldn't have told me an hour ago they didn't have it I was told we are doing them in order! When I told them they were incompetent and bone idle I was met with we need better system, better staff and better customers! They told me they were very busy, we are all busy and have places to be, but surely the lady on the till who takes your details on arrival can check to see if the prescription is at least there! The pharmacist them told me he was doing nothing more with my disabled sons prescription and I left, how disgusting. Absolute disgrace.

I've only given them one star because they opened right on time at 9 am . The rest of their service is rubbish. I arrived there at 9am with four other peopleBut it took 20 minutes for me to get to the counter. When I did the woman behind the counter wrote my name down on a piece paper then put it in a plastic tray and put to the side without looking to see if my prescription had been made up like any other pharmacy in the uk would do. She did the same thing with every other customer. A huge queue soon developed.Twenty minutes later I was told by the pharmacist it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before it would be done. I had been into the pharmacy in the morning of the previous day, and was told it would be ready in that afternoon . I was told that after being there for 30 minutes. Well I'm back again and it's still not done . It's an automatic prescription. And it should have been ready 4 days ago. . The staff keep giving the excuse that they are very busy, a lot of the delay is due to bad organisation and lack of common sense . I've been using this pharmacy for five years, never again.

A shockingly bad pharmacy. Can't even argue they are understaffed or untrained. Once in a blue moon they'll surprise you by giving you a full prescription, the rest of the time they'll owe you and tell you "tomorrow" but you guessed it, tomorrow turns into God knows how long. On top of that, today I hear their pharmacist talk about "popular" meds.... No my friend, ESSENTIAL, that clearly people need and your pharmacy are failing to stock. If you know your supplier is as poor as the service in your pharmacy, at least make effort to order a lot more and on a more regular basis, least then you can focus on store efficiency. I just can't fathom how a pharmacy linked with a hospital and Dr surgery (in proximity) can in turn be so poorly managed, maintained and continue.

Tried calling several times regarding my terminally ill fathers medication and keep getting cut off. I need to ask for his medication to be sent to his home address as he is now house bound. If you can't answer the phone, how about setting up a messaging service, or someway sick people with enough on their plate can get a message to you? It's the worst service I've experienced of a pharmacy. Wish we'd stuck with Well.

Just changed to here from Well Pharmacy, because Well were getting so bad with their customer service etc. Glad i did. What a difference! Even when the pharmacy is full of people, I'm usually served and out within minutes. Very impressed!

Not a good service at all , can never reach them on the phone any time of day , someone just picks it up and puts it down how rude
