Waited for ages in parking bay for my food and guy next to me who arrived after me got his first. I expected my food to be hot as I waited long enough ! However the burger was tepid and fries cold.

Had a problem with the app on arrival saying I wasn't there as I use the collect from parking bay, had to go into the restaurant where the server was having problems locating us on the system, the manager came and managed to redo our order and still use our points all with minimal fuss

Most of the time I get food from here, some of the items are missing, I had to go back to collect missing items. It is very frustrating

Foods is cold, when or if the McDonalds app is working. Also if there is part of your order missing you have no recourse other than go there and collect yourself, kind of defeats delivery? Mc D failure ?

I?m sitting here now for 30 minutes at the car park? waiting for an order.
I can?t even go in to check because I?m here with little kids and can?t drag them all with me.
Last few times they forgot lots of items from my meal as well.

Had a lovely worker called Karen come and talk to me and my kids this morning, made us feel very welcome, the hash brown bites where cold so that made up for it.

Got a few things from there before, the self serve screens are always really slow and can't scan barcodes or anything. There's a guy in the back on day shift that packs food really fast like I can't describe it in words I felt intimidated by the speed he was packing it was on the level of an Aldi cashier like that guy has no business being on McDonald's wages. Anyways it's decent you don't have to wait too long for food and they make it quite alright. It's a demure and mindful place overall

Ordered a hungover McDonald?s, the entire order was wrong, not a single thing that we ordered came, ordered a 2nd time and exact same happened again of nothing correct in what we ordered, in addition to being stone cold so now just two lots of wasted meals, are the staff ok? A V sad girl now
