Thank you to Dionne, Kerry & James at M&S Food Hall in Sittingbourne who very kindly took the trouble to look for a credit receipt hat I'd dropped in the store. I couldn't find it & left the store in Sittingbourne feeling rather down as it was a large credit. Then I heard a knock on my car window & Dionne & Kerry were standing there with beaming smiles saying they had found it. And they'd raced out of the store to catch me clutching their lunch. And they generously shared that their colleague James had also helped. So thank you to all three for going above & beyond to help an anxious customer. Fantastic customer service & obviously very caring individuals . A real credit to M&S - I also telephoned M&S and spoke to a very helpful lady in Customer Services who assured me she would send a message from me to the Management Tesm at M&S highlighting how brilliant Dionne, Kerry & James had been today! Fantastic!!

Went quite late yet was able to be in and out getting a few bits and were served at the till rather than self scan all in a matter of minutes!

Great small pop in shop for quality bits. Also great to book and collect Euros and have a coffee in their cafe

Lisa (manager) was exceptional??she is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M & S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call. You deserve a 1000 ? and an excellent staff award. Thank you for turning around my bad experience

You would think the manager would make sure that all the unpacking was done before the shop opens at 10am and when you do eventually manage to get to a shelf a vast majority of the fresh food goes out of date the next day
