“Karen was super helpful. We had bought our last mattress through Dreams and were aware that we were well overdue a new and updated mattress. We simply didn't know were to start, but with Karen's help she directed us to the sleep analysis bed which gave us a great indication of the type of bed which would suite us. After trying several, we decided on a mattress which has built-in cooling gel which is perfect for us. Happy with the price and delighted with the service. Highly recommended”
