I called Kwik Fit in a panic today with a puncture emergency, and who answers the call? None other than Craig, the unsung hero of the tyre world! ??
With the speed of Quiksilver and the precision of Iron Man, Craig swooped in, fitted me in immediately, and replaced my tyre faster than you can say ?flat tyre crisis.? No delays, no drama?just pure superhero efficiency. ???
And he wasn?t alone! His trusty sidekick (whose name I sadly didn?t catch but deserves equal praise) was just as friendly and ready to tackle any problem like a true member of the Kwik Fit Avengers. ???
Honestly, if tyres had villains, Craig would be their worst nightmare. 10/10 would call again in a crisis. Kwik Fit, you?ve got legends working for you!

Fantastic customer service. I recently went there with my partner for a tyre repair, unfortunately the slow puncture was beyond repair but they gave us the best tyre at the best price. They went above and beyond to help us, even being mindful of our children being with us on an hot day and offering to put the fan on in the waiting area for our baby girl. Might seem like a small thing but it was a thoughtful gesture that wasn?t wasted on us. I had to go back today and despite not having ing booked an appointment with my own car with a slow puncture; again, gave me the best service. Sorted it in a matter of minutes. The two guys working there were friendly and accommodating, a credit to their employer. Highly recommend.

Went in with poss problem with exhaust following drive down from Lincolnshire. Excellent service, couldn't fault the men in anyway. They diagnosed an exhaust issue, gave me reassurance that it was safe to drive. They were worried as they could detect diesel on the tyres, but that was due to a spillage on the motorway. They were concerned for my safety. And there was no charge. Definitely a 5/5 from me. Thank you

I?ve been to this garage twice ? first for a tyre change, and then for a simple wheel alignment. After both visits, I noticed fresh scratches on my discs, which raised some concerns.
Today, I politely asked one of the mechanics about the scratches, just to understand where they might be coming from. Instead of listening, he became visibly agitated, raised his voice, and told me he didn?t have time to talk. He literally said, ?Take your keys, you?re free to go,? and walked away from me several times while I was trying to have a calm and respectful conversation.
I wasn?t there to accuse anyone ? I just wanted to understand what had happened. But I was met with complete disregard, an unprofessional attitude, and zero willingness to help or even listen.
Very disappointing experience. If you care about your car and basic customer service, I wouldn?t recommend this place.
