Hi! i want to tell you on what great service me and my family got from Lennie, he was very respectful made sure we had everything, check up on us, and he was very friendly.Lennie made sure we were all okay and i really think he should get a raise because he seems like a beautiful warm hearted person. This Kfc in Sittingbourne is also awesome!They should get more people to clean the tables. Overall me and my family had an amazing experience ??

Running a store but can?t even work out there should be 16 sides on this ordered? I guess 4x4 means something different ????? delivered 3 then when question over the phone tried to say I hadn?t ordered 4 lots of 4 sides for £5. Went to store and even when shown proof of order, shown a breakdown on the uber help with missing items and shown the price which didn?t add up to what she said was ordered was beyond rude laughing because she didn?t care but hey it?s ok take £20?? least Uber listened and refunded it!!

Visited the drive thru on Saturday 4th January at around 2pm and ordered 2 Twister wrap meals. We were asked to park up and wait for it to be cooked - we waited 15 minutes before going into the shop to see if we'd been forgotten. One female member of staff completely ignored us waiting for attention at the counter and continued packing bags at a snails pace... One male member of staff was rushed off his feet literally running to and fro behind the counter. We eventually received our meals 25 minutes after ordering. Luckily, the food was pretty good so we soon got over the fact that it wasn't the quick bite to eat we wanted. However, I'm pretty annoyed on behalf of your staff, KFC. Earning minimum wage in food services to be short staffed and stressed out with zero support from management is not cool. If your store is short staffed, you should not allow delivery orders as they seemed to take priority over the dozens of customers coming in from the drive thru to chase up their orders.

Awful service from this place . Took over an hour for food to turn up (which is ok for a Saturday evening ) but a stone cold inedible mess when it did arrive , from £42 bill we got a £9 refund . You wouldn?t have paid the bill in a restaurant would you . Totally wrong from a large company like this
