Halifax’s 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday hours are impractical for working customers, especially with no weekend access. Competing banks like NatWest offer more flexible hours, including weekends. Whoever is deciding these staffing hours needs help—shifting to close midweek and open on Saturdays would better serve everyone.
