Very good customer service ?. Had lunch here with my granddaughter, but unfortunately I noticed when I got home I had been charged twice. I phoned & spoke to a nice gentleman whom apologised. I went back in & he was very apologetic & refunded me without no fuss. Just told him what i had brought which confirmed it all.

Ordered food for me and my kids, came to just over £12. My sausage rolls were cold so I asked the spotty 12 year old behind the till if he could heat them up for me and received a flat no, not even a sorry. I asked to exchange them for something else and got a slice of pizza instead which was lukewarm at best. Greggs advertises itself as the home of the hot sausage roll and then serve cold ones! Won't be going back here again, the one in town is much better.

One of the worst drive thrus there is. The concept is quick service, but it seems there?s never anyone serving the drive thru as you always have to wait. Quicker to park and go in, which defeats the object.
Food can be hit and miss. Sometimes fresh and hot, sometimes cold.
Overall, disappointing.

Why do you have to pay so much more to eat in. Yes i did say i wanted takeaway as they want to charge us to sit on the outsides seating, where there are plenty of seats and only one other occupied. My husband came over a bit dizzy so we sat on one of the seats . The colleague came steaming out told me I'd clearly asked (yes i did) but i felt she was quite rude about it. Also the bake was barely warm , I know they're only in a holding area, but maybe cook less more often
