The lady who served me in Hinds this morning was so helpful and really helped me to decide what to buy for my daughter on her 40th birthday. I have not had such good customer service anywhere for a long time. I purchased a lovely, gift wrapped bracelet and insurance. It will be the first place I go in future. Even after making the sale the lady offered to help if the gift needed changing. Tracy S made my day !!

Felt a bit misled regarding the 10% discount. I was already a customer and found out that the 10% discount couldn't be applied from my last purchase from your own system and relies only on me bringing in a Barcode from an automatic email from last time.Think it's a rather lame way of working, you should detect the offer at time of purchase from finding my account...

The staff were pleasant. I required a battery replacement in my watch. The watch was checked and battery replaced within the hour time scale quoted. Very pleased with the service provided.
