I am disappointed in this shop since the refurbishment. I went looking for two things today, a washing up bowl - they only had one, wrong size and a dreadful dark grey colour. Also wanted a utensil holder, on line there is a good choice, in the Sittingbourne store there was one design only, wrong colour and slightly damaged. A lot of the shelves are half empty and disorganized. We have so few decent shops in Sittingbourne, Dunelm used to be a go to place for household items. Not any longer it seems.

The honeymoon period is over visited the Cafe quite a few time and at first it was very good. The last 6 or so times a choice if 3 cakes or a flattened teacake. So called cheese toasties with hardly any filling. People in the queue being told that's not available today with no explanation. Young guy preparing food with a very full beard with no beard net.rubbish not cleared from the floor right next to the till area. I came back a number of times and sadly it's not improved so I won't be back again. Poor management of the Cafe is to blame shame..
