Karen was super helpful. We had bought our last mattress through Dreams and were aware that we were well overdue a new and updated mattress. We simply didn't know were to start, but with Karen's help she directed us to the sleep analysis bed which gave us a great indication of the type of bed which would suite us. After trying several, we decided on a mattress which has built-in cooling gel which is perfect for us. Happy with the price and delighted with the service. Highly recommended

I visited dreams for a new mattress today. A store assistant called Hannah came over and helped me find the right one. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products available. And using the bed that scans you and how you sleep and finds you the correct mattresses for how you sleep. Hannah showed me the relevant mattresses that best suited me . I found what I feel is the perfect one..I was offered a drink and was kindly allowed my pet dog in the shop. Which is brilliant. Hannah showed me all options for any extra items I might need and was very professional and helpful at all times. I eel i have exactly what I wanted and needed. Everything was explained well. Delivery time slot very easy to choose. Overal was a very pleasant experience. Didn't take long at all. Usually chosen a mattress takes forever. I would definitely recommend Hannah at dreams sittingbourne. Dreams offers the best range price and make wise I've come across.

Great service from Daren at the Sittingbourne store. Tried different. Mattresses, with Daren?s help and knowledge we settled on the Sealy Merivale. He offered us a tea or coffee while we were discussing the pro?s & con?s of the mattress and delivery dates. We took out the insurance which 8 years all risks us great value. This is the second mattress purchased from Dreams so I knew it would be an easy purchase.

Very good experience, choosing and ordering our bedframe and mattress at the Sittingbourne store. We were able to walk around the store at our own leisure and pace, tryout a few mattresses, and when we knew what we wanted , Darren took our order and was able to secure us a delivery date of our choice.

Darren was excellent so helpful but not pushy he was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresse.we used the mattress finder which was helpful . I'd recommend Darren to my friends and I'm looking forward to my new mattress arriving, we also bought two pillows which are brilliant on Darren's help .

I arrived at store to be greeted by a very warm welcome by Eron after explaining that i was looking for a new mattress. Eron offered us tea or coffee.Eron advised me to try the body mapping experience which tells him what sought of mattress i would need. Eron was so helpful in finding me the best mattress as i have been suffering with lower back ache and spending time with me while trying different mattress.

Good stock in store, however we were
ignored by staff for the whole time we were in store despite watching them greet and assist other customers - bit of a pretty woman moment as we would?ve bought a mattress! Will be going to another branch or elsewhere entirely
