Terrible service to business ltd company name and address on an industrial park.
Next day service you get a text to say delivery between 17:51 - 18:51??
Option to redeliver next day but could be same time, no safe place to leave, hub collection is 35 mins drive.
Previously when they do deliver in the day they message to say sorry I missed you and don't even bother trying. Every order I place now I have to say don't use DHL.
No wonder there are so many other delivery companies these days.

Disappointing service. Waited in and then got an email saying the delivery was refused! No calling card and no attempted delivery. There?s no way of speaking to a human on the phone. DHL symbolise everything that?s wrong with this world. They couldn?t care less about their customers.

I gave up using WHSmith as a shop years ago but wanted to send a valuable item DHL.seems its not as quick an easy as it use to be when you just filled in the paperwork,she told me to do it on my phone but that didn't work so she tried doing it on the system and that didn't work either.i should stick with DPD or royal mail if you need anything sent.i went to the post office in the end and was done in 5 minutes and had cover for item aswell.

Location was difficult to find asno DHL sign out side however the staff at front desk was excellent and helpful

disgusting service, sat here all day form 8-6 for a parcel only to receive an email to say they tried to deliver at 6.02 pm (they didn't as I was still waiting at my window watching for them) and I was not home. No way of contacting them on the phone.
