Terrible service to business ltd company name and address on an industrial park. Next day service you get a text to say delivery between 17:51 - 18:51?? Disappointing service. Waited in and then got an email saying the delivery was refused! No calling card and no attempted delivery. There’s no way of speaking to a human on the phone. DHL symbolise everything that’s wrong with this world. They couldn’t care less about their customers.

I gave up using WHSmith as a shop years ago but wanted to send a valuable item DHL.seems its not as quick an easy as it use to be when you just filled in the paperwork,she told me to do it on my phone but that didn't work so she tried doing it on the system and that didn't work either.i should stick with DPD or royal mail... read full comment
