If I could give 0 stars I would but otherwise I can?t share this honest feedback and make all the girlies aware!
After reading reviews and hearing word of mouth from people I decided to book for a pedicure, this was April 2023.
Good choice of colours, massage seats and did what I wanted - I?d say this would be that one star.
However a few months after visiting Coco nails I ended up with a verruca on my foot and a year later I am still trying different things to get rid of it! I think a visit to a medicinal professional to get it removed is pending! I do not go out and walk barefoot in any public places, I don?t stay and walk barefoot at hotels, I don?t go swimming pools nothing like this. No one at home has a verruca where I could?ve caught it! The trolley where the tools were didn?t look like they?ve been disinfected/cleaned properly in anything what so ever, I wouldn?t be surprised if the area after a previous customer wasn?t wiped and cleaned, this is a simple health and safety. It would appear someone came in with a verruca left the bacteria on something that got used on me and it got passed on due to their poor hygiene. Having had pedicures done previously and nothing, to now visiting coco nails for the first time in April 2023 and this was the last time, left me scarred for life now and I will never get a pedicure done anywhere else as I am now afraid and have trust issues! I?d rather scrub my own feet etc and paint my toe nails even if they might not look as professionally done. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU FANCY A VERRUCA ON YOUR FOOT DUE TO POOR HYGIENE!!

Not impressed, had high hopes as looked clean and clear inside, but unfortunately the whole experience let it down. Incorrect colour numbers on examples, didn?t even bother to help find it or pick something similar, fine. Then the nail ?tech? was pressing very hard on my nails with the electrical file, it was quite hot at times and wasn?t paying attention when filing, so kept going over my skin. I had my arms being yanked without a warning and hands placed in a way that was uncomfortable for me. I asked for a small cut back and coffin shape, (bear in mind my nails were very long, so this request was definitely possible) but I came out with very bumpy looking tiny squares for nails ?? still paid £35 for this ?infill? crazy price for a bad job! also it?s very unprofessional to make remarks in your own language about customers - it?s quite obvious when you do it.

Really gone down hill, got the vibe they just wanted me in and out, asked for French tip pedicure, she told me no as my nails were too short and she just did them white, I?ve never had any issues any other times getting a French tip? No foot spa or scrubbing feet was just painted toes and done, even cut my toe when doing my cuticles very aggressively. Asked for green shellac with 3 hearts on the finger, she then said again no my nail is too small and she will do one heart when I?ve been many times with different patterns and designed and never been a problem before? The nails were uneven, lumpy and colour all around my nail.

We have been using coco nails for a couple of years , last visit someone cut me so this time booked in for myself and daughter as part of her 22 nd , booked 9 am appointment , booked 2 x pedicure and one Biab, i was seen at 0910 and my daughter 0940 as another customer slipped both the girls a fiver each to be done straight away, so our nice pedicure together did not happen. Will never go there again .

I came here today because the nail shop I usually go to on the High Street was busy and it was a 40 minute wait which I didn't have time for. I came to Coco Nails and I'm glad I did! I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The guy who did my BIAB infill nails was very efficient, I was late for an engagement and he did everything to make sure I could get out quickly while still maintaining quality. I love my nails. I'm impressed with CoCo Nails and will be back

Worst acrylic nails ever. In 10 years never had nails like these.
Uneven paint and acrylic so so thick looks awful.
