The food was edible but was cold, they didn't have any beef on the carvery at 4pm on a Sunday and then ran out of all meets by 4:45pm... it's a Sunday surely they shouldn't run out that early. The staff were okay slightly rude, but what
do you expect really with only one person on the bar to take food and drink orders, the queue was stupid. The people in there are standard people from Sittingbourne with kids running around riot. WOULD NOT RECOMEND and would not go back.

Disappointing breakfast.
Took my 2 friends out for breakfast so we could have a catchup as hadn?t seen each other for sometime.
It seems you can only order full breakfast or continental.
Food cold and latte lukewarm from machine.
Staff rushed us to leave at 11.30 so they could prepare for lunch.
We had only arrived at 10.50.

So today was my first time visiting with family as they wanted to show me one of their favourite places, at first glance it looked lovely but there is a few things that disappointed me. Only 3 members of staff on that I could see and being told very rudely that they?re short staffed. No sorry we are short staffed but please bare with us or anything just a rather aggressive barman who was blunt and rude. Then we get to our table and order our food. The food starts coming out but not at a very good pace, obviously due to being short staffed but even still. Food came out in pieces with not even the full meal on the plate my daughter was missing her vegetables and my MILs steak was raw on the outside when asked for medium rare. That?s just ridiculous. One of my SILs got a burger and the bun was rock hard, Then we came to desserts a kids pancakes with chocolate sauce and ice cream? no chocolate sauce to then be told it doesn?t come with it? oh wait yeah it does I?ll get some. Then comes to me the most worrying thing I saw. A KIDS fruit salad. Served in a tall glass bowl, hazard for a child even if they?re being watched, grapes are whole, choking hazard for children any chef knows this and it should be spec to have them quartered or at least halved.
Seeing as this was my first ever time I don?t think I?ll be returning, I work in hospitality and am well aware of the standard that companies want to uphold and it wasn?t done here. I?m not looking for any sort of sympathy or refund but simply just disappointed with the lack of lust for the job and that the staff seemed to just be going through the motions. Not one smile from any staff member or even a friendly greeting

Stood at front waiting for 15 minutes to be seated for booking. Eventually the barman told me to just find a table. Took over an hour for a steak and salad and the food was average.

Stuck in the dark ages. A queue of 10 minutes to be allocated a table, followed by a queue of 15 minutes to order food at the bar. A further queue of 15 minutes to order coffees and desserts. For goodness sake, it's 2025. Are Brewers Fayre actually aware of the streamlined app / touchscreen ordering systems used by other restaurants nowadays?

Very disappointing experience. Visited with family but many items unavailable from menu, (see photo), it appeared very few staff serving, restaurant was cold & therefore food went cold quickly. Contacted Brewers Fayre after the visit but no response. Wouldn?t recommend & won?t be returning
